Arden Cho, recognized for lending her voice to the character Rumi in the Netflix series “KPop Demon Hunters,” has tied the knot with orthopedic surgeon Christopher Lee. The couple celebrated their union over several days in the picturesque city of Florence, Italy, with their closest family and friends joining them for the occasion.
The duo’s love story began on a dating app, eventually leading to their engagement in March 2025 during a romantic getaway to Maui. Florence was chosen as the backdrop for their nuptials due to its deeply personal significance; it is where they felt the realization of having found their soulmates.
The wedding festivities were a beautiful amalgamation of Korean heritage and contemporary sophistication. For the welcome celebrations, Arden and Christopher donned traditional Korean hanboks. During the main ceremony at Villa Cora, Arden impressed in a custom Vera Wang wedding gown. They also included a pyebaek ceremony, a customary Korean wedding ritual, to honor their cultural roots.
Despite encountering a few setbacks, such as delayed luggage, travel issues faced by some family members, and an ongoing heatwave in Florence, the celebrations proceeded without a hitch. Arden, who has recently gained more fame through her role in “KPop Demon Hunters,” is also involved in producing “Perfect Girl,” an upcoming psychological thriller centered on K-pop.
